Use the VB-CABLE install option inside Audio Q. Audio Q can attempt to obtain the official installer and will show manual instructions if the automatic download is unavailable.
Check your internet connection and retry. Audio Q verifies the downloaded update before launching it; a failed verification leaves the currently installed version unchanged.
Deactivate the old device using the licence controls available with your purchase, then activate Audio Q on the replacement PC. If the old PC is unavailable, contact support with your order details.
Start with Audio Q’s standard tune and confirm the correct map mode. Check the in-game audio recommendations and avoid stacking multiple third-party EQ/effects tools unless you understand how they interact.
Audio Q includes an option to copy recent diagnostic log information to the clipboard. Paste that into your support message along with what you were doing when the issue occurred.
Email us with your Windows version, headset/device name, Audio Q version, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and any error message.
