1. Audio Q
Audio Q is an independent Windows audio utility. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Activision, Call of Duty or Warzone. References to third-party games and products are descriptive only.
2. Purchases
When checkout is live, purchases may be processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. The checkout will show the price, applicable taxes and payment terms before an order is placed. Payment, receipts, tax handling and transaction-related matters may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms.
3. Licence grant
Subject to successful purchase and these terms, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive licence to install and use Audio Q on the number of active devices permitted by the purchased licence. The standard Audio Q Lifetime licence is intended for one active PC at a time.
4. Lifetime licence
“Lifetime” means the licence itself is not a recurring monthly subscription and does not have a scheduled expiry date. It does not promise that Audio Q will be developed, hosted, supported or compatible with every future Windows, hardware or game release forever.
5. Moving to another PC
Where licence deactivation is available, you may deactivate an existing device and activate a replacement PC. Attempts to bypass activation limits, share a single-user licence between multiple simultaneous users or resell licence keys are not permitted.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Audio Q to infringe the rights of others, distribute unauthorised copies, sell or transfer licence keys without permission, bypass licence controls, introduce malicious code, or use the software unlawfully. Except where applicable law gives you a non-excludable right, you must not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract proprietary source code from Audio Q.
7. Third-party components
Audio Q can work with third-party software, drivers and Windows audio components, including a virtual audio cable. Those products are supplied under their own terms. Audio Q does not control third-party availability, compatibility or changes.
8. Updates and changes
Audio Q may receive updates for fixes, security, compatibility or new features. Features, presets and user-interface elements may change over time. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption but cannot guarantee that every historical behaviour will remain unchanged.
9. Competitive gaming disclaimer
Audio Q changes audio processing at the Windows level. It does not guarantee improved game performance, wins, rankings, the audibility of every in-game sound or compatibility with every game update. Results vary by game mix, audio device, settings, environment and the user’s hearing.
10. Hearing safety
You are responsible for choosing a safe listening volume. Competitive audio tuning should not be used as a reason to listen at unsafe levels for long periods.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the website, downloads, licensing and update services available, but temporary interruptions can occur because of maintenance, provider outages, internet issues, security incidents or events outside our reasonable control.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audio Q is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of game progress, loss of profits, or losses caused by third-party software, hardware, game changes or misuse of the software.
13. Refunds and consumer rights
Refunds and cancellation rights are described in the Refund Policy. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
14. Termination
A licence may be suspended or disabled where reasonably necessary to address fraud, chargebacks, unlawful use, deliberate licence abuse or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will try to resolve legitimate activation issues before taking permanent action.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country or region.
