1. Digital software and cancellation
Audio Q is digital software. Where the law gives you a cooling-off right for digital content, that right may end once the download or digital supply begins if you have expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that the cancellation right will be lost. The checkout provider is expected to present any required consent before immediate delivery begins.
2. Faulty or misdescribed software
If Audio Q is faulty, not as described or cannot be supplied as required by applicable consumer law, you may have legal rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. We will not use this policy to remove rights that the law gives you.
3. Before requesting a refund
If the issue appears technical, please contact support first. Many setup problems involve Windows audio routing, VB-CABLE, output-device selection or headset configuration and can often be resolved without losing access to the software.
4. Refund requests
Send the order email address, order number if available, and a short explanation of the problem to support@audioq.co.uk. Do not send full payment-card details.
5. Merchant of record
When live checkout is enabled, purchases may be processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Refunds are processed through the payment platform and may also be subject to the platform’s fraud, chargeback and refund procedures.
6. Change-of-mind requests after supply begins
If you have validly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of a statutory cancellation right, a change-of-mind refund is not automatically guaranteed after the digital product has been supplied. We may still consider reasonable requests case by case.
7. Licence after refund
If a purchase is fully refunded, the associated Audio Q licence may be disabled and continued use of the software under that refunded licence is not permitted.
8. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider. The time taken to appear on your statement depends on the payment method and provider.
